Crawfest is an annual student-run music and food festival hosted at Tulane University. From boiled crawfish to live music, our festival is a top highlight for many Tulanians.
Crawfest is hosted annually at Tulane University on the Berger-Family Lawn.
Crawfest will return to Tulane University on April 5th, 2025, for an unforgettable experience.
Entrances open at 11:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Crawfest takes place at Tulane University on the Berger-Family Lawn.

Food Vending
Food and beverage vending is coordinated by the Food Vendor team at Crawfest. For food and beverage vending inquiries, please email food.crawfest@tulane.edu.
Non-Food Vending
Non-food vending is coordinated by the Vendor team at Crawfest. For non-food vending inquiries, please email operations.crawfest@tulane.edu.

The form for volunteers is now live. We are recruiting volunteers to work on April 5th, 2025. Shifts are only two hours, so you can still enjoy the festival the rest of the day. Please sign up using this link.
After you have successfully registered, please keep an eye out for emails from volunteer.crawfest@tulane.edu. You will also be added to a GroupMe that we will use to communicate before Crawfest.
