Ticket Trouble?
Each student at Tulane University is issued a unique ID number. Currently registered undergraduate and graduate students may enter their student ID number to receive a free Student General Admission ticket. If you are not a currently registered student at Tulane University, then it is recommended you purchase a Non-Student General Admission ticket here.

There are a number of possible reasons why you may receive an error message when entering your student ID number. Here are some common errors and steps you may want to follow to successfully redeem a Student General Admission ticket.
You already registered for Crawfest. Please check your email for a ticket confirmation.
You entered your student ID number incorrectly. Please re-enter your number and ensure each number is correct. Note that if you have had more than one Splash Card then you must use the number found in your Gibson student portal.
You are not a currently registered student at Tulane University. Only undergraduate and graduate students for the Spring 2022 semester are eligible to redeem a free Student General Admission ticket.
You entered the student ID on your replacement Splash Card. Please ensure you enter your student ID number associated with your Gibson student portal from your original Splash Card.

Yes! All currently registered undergraduate and graduate students for the Spring 2024 semester may redeem one free Student General Admission ticket while available.
Students may purchase Non-Student General Admission tickets for their guests here.
Students may only reserve one free Student General Admission ticket. All students may purchase additional tickets for non-student guests like family or visiting friends.
Anyone is allowed to purchase Non-Student General Admission tickets, while available, as Crawfest is open to the general public.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer discounts or free tickets to Tulane staff or faculty at this time. Non-students may purchase tickets here. On-campus departments and offices may partner Crawfest to receive a discount on tickets by contacting crawfest@tulane.edu.
In the event Crawfest is canceled we will refund all purchased tickets. All sales are final for other orders like merchandise. However, the event will happen rain or shine.
All ticket and merchandise sales are final. Ticket purchases are refunded only in the event that the festival is canceled.
Yes! Children 10 years old or younger are admitted free of charge.

Upon successfully purchasing or reserving tickets, each guest will receive an email containing their digital tickets and QR code. Guests may add tickets to their smartphone's digital wallet, print their tickets, or present the email at the entrance to enter the festival's grounds.
Individuals who will not receive or purchase their tickets directly from Crawfest may reach out to the department or organization to learn more about obtaining their tickets.

The box office will be located in Pederson Lobby/ the hallway of the LBC two weeks prior to the event and in Pocket Park on Crawfest. The hours of the box office will be updated soon.
Anyone may purchase merchandise in person at the box office prior to Crawfest or at the merchandise tent during the festival.
