Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility: This campaign is open to those who fully complete the steps in the post's caption. 

 

2. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted on Instagram starting at 11:00 AM and ending 7:00 PM for each campaign.

3. How to Enter: The campaign must be entered correctly by following each of the steps in the appropriate posts on Instagram that may include following @TulaneCrawfest, following a sponsor, and tagging users in the post's comments. Disregarding the post's steps will disqualify users from wining the giveaway.

 

4. Prizes: The prizes of each post may vary but are not limited to free Crawfest merchandise, while supplies last, or free general admission tickets to Crawfest.

 

5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification: Winner of each giveaway will be selected by a random drawing. Winner will be notified by via Instagram direct messages within 2 days following the selection of the winner. Crawfest is not responsible if the winner is unable to receive notices due to spam or other settings. Winner is only able to redeem their prize while merchandise last and upon receipt of an appropriate email for ticket giveaways. Winner will be sent a digital ticket via email for ticket giveaways.
